Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. A full refund will be issued for successful cancellations. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Kindly avoid sending returns directly to the manufacturer.
Customers are charged shipping only once (including for returns), and no restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds (if applicable)
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
